The beautiful lobby and excellent customer service made us feel special, and the spacious room with separate living space added a nice touch during our stay.

The location is easy and exceptionally nice, near the outlet mall.

Cannot find any fault.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the indoor swimming pool was a refreshing option to unwind after a day of exploring.

We encountered multiple issues . There was visible water damage on the wall. The bathroom sink was clogged and we were shocked to find no toilet paper upon arrival-definitely disappointing given the price we paid.

We booked the Fairfield Inn on our way to move our child back to college, and it turned out just right. The check-in process was easy, even thanking us for our loyalty. They upgraded our room without us asking, a pleasant surprise. The room itself was spacious and clean, surprisingly quiet despite being next to the highway. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It had a solid variety with hot items actually served hot. Staff swiftly refilled the coffee when it ran out. I did notice a couple of minor issues. The hot tub's filter was broken, disappointing as I was looking forward to a soak. The orange juice machine needed cleaning because it had sticky residue, and the bananas had attracted fruit flies. The good experience at the hotel outweighed the issues we faced, and I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for comfort and convenience on the road.
